Well-qualified Senior Citizen on a very limited budget seeks handyman with basic carpenter skills to complete very minor repairs to my 10 ft. x 18 ft cedar deck. Project consists of replacing some 1x4 slats, re-attaching several sections to posts, replacing top railing boards, etc. Once you provide a materials list, I provide all supplies... you provide labor only. Project might take better part of one day. CASH payment upon satisfactory completion. Note: once repairs are completed, I will want to have the deck power/pressure washed and (re)stained....so if you are experienced in doing that too, I'd like to get an estimate.
