We are looking for someone with previous property management experience or general knowledge in a variety of trades. Light plumbing, electrical, hvac as well as general repairs as far as door, door hardware, drywall, painting, etc. Replacing bulbs, ballasts, switches, receptacles. Light plumbing replacing shut off valves, sloan valves, toilets, unclogging drains. Etc. Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel to and from calls. We have 6 properties franklin, cool springs, Bellevue, Nashville, Brentwood and lebanon. We will provide a company gas card and a monthly drive allowance.
