I have a small apartment building in Batavia and have a few items in need of repair and am also looking for extra help going forward. I’m looking for a solid contractor/handyman. The current issues I need fixed in order of urgency: -A 2nd floor ceiling has started to cave in/break due to a leak after the big rain storm about 5 nights ago. I assume it is from the bottom edge of the roof leaking, this spot was redone maybe a year or two ago. If I remember, it was flashing around a metal pole coming out of the roof. I believe there may still be a bit of wetness in the ceiling so I want to get this all taken care of as first priority. -A stove is having some issues -A kitchen sink is stopped up a bit on both sides -Another apartment has an issue where squirrels had forced their way into the attic, likely from jumping off a tree close to the roof. I just want to get that patched so they stop getting in, and maybe the tree clipped if it makes sense. I have some shite experiences with getting ripped off and people running off mid-job with my money when I find people on Craigslist, so I will be stringent on who I pick. Will probably take two sets of quotes. Please explain your experience, when you can take a look at them and if there are any you can’t do. Thanks
