Lead Window Installer Foreman ( Must have at least one year experience Window Installation) Qsp Construction is looking for hardworking and dependable person to join our team as a Lead Window Installer. They will be able to perform routine to complex installations and oversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfaction. This position does require you to be able to drive tools and materials to and from worksites, so you should have a driver’s license and a truck or another reliable source of transportation. · Valid drivers license · Carpentry skills · Physical stamina and manual dexterity · Provide direction, training, coaching, and mentoring to an installer and a helper · Provide flawless first-time window and door installation · Make all necessary decisions pre planning and setting up job site · Always adhere to proper safety techniques · Completion of apprenticeship or similar training · Must exceed customer expectations · Take measurements and install residential windows · Ability to supervise other installers This job requires at least one year experience in replacing and installing residential windows and sliding glass doors.
