We are in need of a well-rounded individual who is willing to hit the ground running. The job requirements are - *Valid driver's licenses *Reliable car (Preferably a Truck) *Insurance on your car (Must) *Have good work attendance *We ask that you have your basics tools, we do have heavy equipment for you if you ever need to use it. *If you know how to drive with a trailer it's a plus but not a requirement. Our work consists of Maintaining Retail properties to a Clean Presentable Look. Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Windows, sweeping spaces etc. Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed. Paint to match anything the customer is wanting. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights replacing ceiling tiles. Graffiti Removals Our jobs can be as quick as replacing a light bulb to cleaning a rooftop and gutters. PERKS!! We pay for any mileage you have between your work orders. We have company outings if we hit our quarterly mark! Overtime is available. (When the workload is there) No Micromanagement!!!
