Ideal candidate is experienced Pest Control Tech 5-10+ years. Lots of experience with Pest Software and managing their own residential route will providing the highest quality of customer service. Someone who doesn't want to be micromanaged and takes pride in their work and rewarded for it. Looking for someone long term who wants to grow with our fast growing company. Must be comfortable selling to new and existing customers. You would be able to drive and take home company vehicle and company gas card. Required to maintain and keep vehicle in up to standard. Office is out of Rancho Cucamonga, but will be able to take vehicle home each day. You don't necessarily have to be super close by. Requirements: -Need to have applicators license for Branch 2 (General Pest) -5-10+ years of pest control experience is a huge plus -M-F with option to work on some Saturdays if needed. -Clean Driving Record (Driving Company Vehicle) -Great Customer Service Skills Pay: Looking for an experienced tech we are prepared to pay a top dollar for the right candidate and room to grow with incentives and goals.
