Hello I am looking for a few painters who have experience with masking, brush work, roller work and spraying and finishing a job with good clean final presentation. You must be clean and organized or your not going to last more then a day with my painting service. You must be a great listener and understand how to use best practice thinking when in doubt because your a human with a brain not a robot. You also must be polite to everyone even if you don’t like a particular person. You must be a hard worker and want to reach a higher level of the painting trade to be rewarded. I don’t run a standard painting company although we do standard painting but I can teach you to do better work then 99% of the painting companies in California today which is valuable if you ever want to do real high end work(which no one really does today except a handful of companies).
