Scottish Gourmet USA needs ONE trustworthy retail experienced person to help out at the Smoky Mountain Highland Games - May 20th - for setup. May 21 and 22nd for event and teardown. Pay is $500 for the three days and includes entry into the Highland Games, time off for lunch and to see the event. Person must be able to lift 40 lbs, stand for most of the day and ring a cash register (Square with scanner). Hours Friday are 1PM to 5PM, Saturday 8AM to 6PM and Sunday 10AM to 7PM or whenever we are finished packing up and loading everything into the van. We sell Scottish food and gifts. Other than the set-up and tear down, this job is basically taking the purchases, putting them in a bag as you ring the sale and thank the customer. The customers are friendly, but the lines can get long! A smile goes a long way to keeping the customers happy. Breaks for lunch, and time to see the event when the tent is quiet.
