A Largo located manufacturer that makes irrigation pipes and components is hiring for a Machine Shop Helper to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include loading/unloading, sorting, lifting, and helping out with labor as needed. You will be cross trained to operate the machines. Our ideal candidate has the ability work hands on and stand for long periods of time. Someone who is willing to learn and pick up on new tasks is necessary. Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm - no weekends Qualifications: -Previous warehouse, machine operating, manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Must be physically able to lift, bend, and pickup material -Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for long periods of time -Reliable transportation Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. after the 90 day probationary period you will get a raise to $17.00 if you have good attendance and performance!
