Pest Control Technician - Will Train

We are a small but thriving pest control business servicing Valencia/Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Northern Los Angeles area and are looking to add another technician asap. Preferably a trainee but experienced technicians are welcome also. You will enjoy the small business low key feel working with us. We don't bother our techs with useless production meetings, or pressure to up-sell to customers. We don't load our technicians schedules up with a unreasonable amount of jobs daily like the larger national businesses do. If you are punctual, the outgoing type, like being on the road and meeting new people you will love this job! ***If you are interested please reply to ad with attached resume*** Pay -Starting pay is a monthly salary of $3200, plus a small commission when your route hits target numbers. You will receive annual raises every new year. Hours -Full time Monday through Friday, working roughly 35-40 hours per week -Most mornings start between 8-9a and last service ends between 4-5p, a 7a start may be needed for certain customers once or twice a month but your schedule would wrap up earlier that day -Birthdays, paid sick days, vacation, and we take all federal holidays off Other notables -You will get to take company vehicle home with you provided it is safe to do so. You can store it at our office in Valencia but not recommended if you do not live near (nice gas savings not using your personal vehicle to commute is a plus) -You will receive a company smart phone to process invoices and payments -All licensing/testing paid for -Uniforms fully paid for -You will receive company card for gas, hardware store use, work shoes, and other work related items Job requirements -A successful technician will be likable, outgoing, and have a neat appearance -Must live in San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Pasadena, or Northern Los Angeles area -Must have a good driving record -Must pass a background check with livescan finger printing to be approved for applicators license with the structural pest control board -Be able to pass a short 100 question test with the structural pest control board after hire. All study material will be provided -Must have basic knowledge of smart phone use for processing invoices and mapping your routes -Be physically capable to fit and move in an attic and crawlspace up to a couple times a week ***If you are interested please reply to ad with attached resume*** Thank you for viewing!
