Best Pay in Western Washington. Looking for W-2 Employees and Sub-Contractors throughout the Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Corridor. We are a general contractor based in Tacoma, looking for subcontractors with deck building experience. We build more decks than any other deck contractor in Washington State. We build 30-40 decks per month and we are looking to add 1-2 crews to our team on the North end. We are known for our quality so we need teams that are experienced with a record of success. Service area is the greater Seattle Area up north to Everett. We utilize Buildertrend software and pride ourselves in being highly organized. Pay varies by job but we pride ourselves in offering the highest pay for our subs in the area, which is why we have so many long term relationships with our current subs.
