Qualifications: High school or equivalent (Preferred but not required) Driving: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) We are hiring for BOTH a NIGHT SHIFT 7pm-5am for our Paint Striping crew and DAY SHIFT for Roller Operator. You may also be required to work day shifts on alternate weeks. Full-time, Part-time. OVERTIME potential in summer months. Full Job Description: Benge Insustries is a multi-divisional construction company. We focus on Asphalt Paving, Grading, Sealcoating, Striping and Concrete. Responsibilities: -Show up each day on time and ready to work. -Be prepared each day ( Proper work wear, Lunch and Water etc...) -Be open and willing to learn our company's methods and expectations. -Communicate daily with your foreman and fellow crew members. Experience: -Any experience is great and will be discussed. Just be open to being taught our company's methods and operations. Training will be provided at all levels of experience. Skills: -The best skill you can have is to be able to show up on time every day willing to work! Education: -None necessary, but if you have some we will discuss.
