Need more good employees! $1,000 CASH HIRING BONUS (paid after 30 days of employment). Lakeside Construction is one of the Northwest's leading marine contractors. Specializing in the building and repair of docks and piers throughout Western Washington for 25 years. The majority of our projects are in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area at some of most exclusive addresses in the country. We are busier than ever and are excited to expand our team to meet the ever increasing demand for our services. Our project calendar is solidly booked into 2024. We never lay-off and we never cut hours. We are looking for the right hard working, career minded person(s) to join our tight-knit team. Must be available for a long-term employment position. The position is full-time and the candidate must be able to start soon. DECK BUILDERS and FRAMERS are encouraged to apply. Must be able to swim and be comfortable working in and around water as well as working from boats and barges. Some heavy lifting will be required. The majority of our projects are at luxury homes on Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish, Lake Tapps, etc. Our crews work a fantastic schedule. During Fall and winter, we work 9 hours work days and get every-other Monday off (every-other week you'll have a 3-day weekend!).
