Poor Joe Biden to weak to visit Volodymyr Zelenskyy

The war in Ukraine continues. As a result, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has asked President Biden to visit him in Kyiv in a show of solidarity. Biden has thus far refused or ignored all such requests and continues to do so even now. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, however, made her own pilgrimage to the besieged country. What a letdown that must have been for Volodymyr Zelenskyy. A statement from Pelosi indicates that her Congressional Delegation made the trip to Ukraine in an effort to showcase America’s willingness to stand with the country during its time of need. The House Speaker instantly became the highest-ranking US official to visit Kyiv since the attacks first began. Other Democrats, including Representatives Adam Schiff (D-CA), Jim McGovern (D-MA), Bill Keating (D-MA), Barbara Lee (D-CA), Jason Crow (D-CO), and Gregory Meeks (D-NY) joined Pelosi in her trip to Ukraine. While the House Speaker is technically a high-ranking US official who stands directly behind Vice President Kamala Harris in the presidential line, some people still question why Biden hasn’t stepped up. Perhaps Zelenskyy wants the President himself to appear in a bid to inspire Ukrainians. Did you notice that no republican senators were invited to go and visit president Zelenskyy in Kyiv. Once again the democrats show the world how divided the United States of America really is. One of Joe Biden's biggest campaign promises was to unit both parties.
