So the city of sparks lets the homeless set up camps anywhere and it does nothing and when the homeless move THE CITY DOES NOTHING TO HELP CLEAN UP they say its the property owner responsibility to clean it up BULLSHIT Well then I will patrol my land and if I find anyone trespassing I WILL SHOOT TO PROTECT MY PROPERTY Then the city can clean that up!!
