Clean and Paint Small Warehouse space

Hi, I just took over a small (2,200 sq ft) warehouse space and would like to get it cleaned and painted. The walls are maybe 15' high, but we may not need to paint to the top of the wall. Please see the attached photo and provide an estimate - I'm happy to take an in-person estimate at the space as well.
