Our ideal TEAM MEMBER candidate can: • Safely operate various types of mowers, string trimmers and blower • Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation • Work on designated Saturdays Salary Range and Benefits: $15-$19 per hour depending on experience and ability Sign on bonus of $500.00 after 90 days if certain criteria are met Monthly reward program for qualified team members Certification and continuing education opportunities Advancement opportunities available Our ideal CREW LEADER candidate can: • Drive a large truck and trailer combo or a FUSO/Isuzu NPR • Maintain a clean driving record • Safely operate various types of mowers, string trimmers and blowers • Manage a crew of 2-6 other team members and communicate with both the client & management • Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation • Work on designated Saturdays Salary Range and Benefits: $17-$21 per hour depending on experience and ability Monthly cell phone allowance provided Paid time off after 90 days Sign on bonus of $500.00 after 90 days if certain criteria are met Monthly reward program for qualified team members Certification and continuing education opportunities Advancement opportunities available Contact: Please come apply in person at Summit Lawn and Landscape! 12020 Grandview Rd, Grandview, MO 64030.
