WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley police are investigating an attempted home break-in on Friday. Police said someone kicked-in the door of a home on Pine Plain Road around 8 p.m. but ran away when they realized that the residents were still home. Police said the person ran off towards the Bates School Field and hasn't been seen since. Wellesley police are hoping that neighbors with surveillance cameras might be able to help identify the suspect.
