Dog missing near St Elmo/lookout mtn

Description

Medium sized dog, with short hair with a light brown and white coat, looks like a mix of jack Russel and pitbull. Should still have a collar on as I received a call from where someone spotted him at the incline railway but it could have been removed at this point. He's very friendly to humans and other dogs and will likely come up to say hi especially if there's a snack. Am more than happy to give a reward to anyone that assists in bringing him home safely.
