Description
WELLESLEY, MA — As cooler fall weather creeps in, some neighborhood woodland creatures are creeping their way into homes as well. Wellesley police responded to a call about an unusual intruder on Sunday.
A raccoon was stuck in a Wellesley home and apparently "unwilling" to come out. Lucky for the homeowner, Wellesley police are trained to deal with difficult subjects and after "several minutes of tense negotiations," freed the animal.
The raccoon was released back into the woods, unharmed and the homeowners now have a new dinner party story.
