Have existing Workmen Compensation Claim, and the case is 60% complete. Left Side injuries of knee, lower back and shoulder; all of which have been acknowledged by court-insurance with reverse shoulder operation on schedule. The circumstances: I had #2-Previous Representing Workmen Comp Attorneys, and each were not up to par! Just got signed court order whereby both Previous Representing Workmen Comp Attorneys have been released from representation, and both waived their fees! - To sum up, my preexisting Workmen Compensation Claim is 60% complete. - #2-Previous Representing Workmen Comp Attorneys have released representation, and both waived their fees! - Already granted Full Disability from Social Security. Currently screening for New Representation to finalize my Workmen Compensation Claim, and Judge has been great, super supportive under circumstance out of Mt. Arlington / Morris County court. * Note: My bottom line is that I want a Trial Attorney! Sadly, I and my Better Half have been able to get more done on our own, then either of the previous attorney. I (we) are hard working good people, and we just want the best for this effort! As for both previous attorney, neither showed up to court, which shocked the judge; and they waived everything with each sending a letter.
