Drumming increases our vibrational energy through movement and sound. Sound has the ability to positively affect our whole being and correct imbalances in our body. This healing practice will help bring peace and calm to our nervous systems, breath and body awareness, community, and excitement as we drum together.
No drumming experience is required!
Sabrina is a certified drum circle facilitator. You do not need to bring your own drum, however, we have a limited amount of drums to use. If you want to bring any other instrument to jam on, please do! Bring those egg shakers, tambourines, homemade drums, guitars, ukulele's or whatever else you got! Otherwise your lap makes for a pretty amazing drum! Bring your own chair or blanket to sit on.
At the end of our drumming time, we invite you to relax as we take 30 minutes for a sound meditation. We will incorporate singing bowls, chimes, and a handpan to take you on a healing journey. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you would like to lay on the ground for the sound meditation.
You are also welcome to bring any snacks or drinks you would like to eat or drink. There will be a bonfire after our time and an opportunity to see, feed, and pet the animals on the farm. So, stay for some extra fun!
We will be together from 4-6pm.
This is a family event. Kids are welcome!
