Outgrown the current digs, seeking a musician or music lover for mutually beneficial arrangement! You: - Have a quiet, relatively soundproof, climate controlled basement/carriage house/unused room within 5 miles of Cambridge/Watertown - Want to have access to musical and recording equipment for personal use (without paying for it!) and/or a producer/session musician/composer/audio engineer - Happy to provide access to said space to myself (the producer) and artists I work with at least 20 hours a week (I’m somewhat flexible on times) bonus points if you have any interest in bootstrapping an experimental music label! Me: - Independent producer, performer and profesh musician - Have an Output production desk, Eris monitors, and a fair amount of gear (synths, guitars, microphones, etc., upgrading to a Mac Studio soon) - Willing to share use of gear and equipment (within reason), and/or provide a # of free hours of recording, mixing, and mastering for your projects per month! (I also do podcast/video editing, repair, composition, scoring)
