Looking for Monthly Rehearsal Space

Band in search of a month-to-month rehearsal space. Doesn’t need to be huge, just four walls, heat, electric and a window to put an air conditioner. Warehouse, factory, loft, barn, whatever, we don’t care as long as it’s climate controlled, doesn’t flood/leak and is safe/secure. No shares please! We’re looking for our own private space to come n go as we please. Doesn’t necessarily have to be Bergen County county, just somewhere Northern NJ since we all live/work in the area.
