I have a 5 bedroom home with 4 rental rooms. I need a maintenance / handyman individual that can help with different projects, repairs and maintenance items we have. In the photos is a current project I need help with. The beam has apparently rotted. I also need a new drain line ran from my washing machine. I also have a closet with a collapsed clothing rack that needs repaired. I pay $20.00 per hour CASH plus expenses, and materials.
