Glass Sliding Doors ---> Wall+Window+Doors. Can you do it?

Hello! See these photos. In the front of my house I have two (old clunky) sliding doors. In both places in front I want to replace this with wall+window+door. In the back of my house I have a triple wide sliding door with a porch just outside. I want to enclose the porch into the home, add a regular door and a sliding door (and of course remove the old clunky triple wide sliding door). So this is a front plus a back project. I will want to get permits for this, but I'm looking for just a guy and his helper to get this done for me at a decent price. You are experienced, professional, and have some references.
