Hello, if you are an energetic go-getting who is looking for some part-time work... this business opportunity might be for you. I am looking for an operating partner in a new business concept. This limousine rental business will operate an 8-10 passenger Lincoln Town Car. You must have the ability to pay your bills (overhead) independently of this opportunity while it is just beginning. Worded differently, you must have a job or cash to pay your bills while stuff gets rolling at least 6 months until this is full-time. There will NOT be business right away. I will need you to drive the limo, schedule with customers, and otherwise run all of the operations. I will help manage the big picture, drive marketing opportunities, and potentially close clients for the company (up for debate). What I provide: Sales, marketing, financial expertise. I will also finance the cost of vehicle, insurance, and general costs associated with the venture. What you will provide: you must be willing to get a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) which is easy to get. And be available to operate the fares for customers (proms, executives, airport transport) How you get paid: This entity will be up to 49% yours. You will get the equity vested over 36 months. Meaning, if all goes well... you will own 49% of the company. HOWEVER, you will be paid dividends that reflect the cash of 49% ownership DAY 1. This means, you will basically split the profits with me right away but the company will not be half yours until you pay your dues. You will also be paid: $25.00 per hr part-time. You will collect ALL tips associated with the venture. And all expenses will be fronted by the company. All in all, you're looking at driving customers around professionally and retaining $25.00 per hr, approx 50% of the profits, and receiving all cash associated with the tips (approx 20% of the fare is industry standard.)
