I need 2 guys who are looking for consistent long-term cash work. I'm flexible on the hours, you could be looking for 20-24 hours a week or 40+, I can probably give you the hours you need. Prefer to keep within 9am and 7pm though. Please no self-employed unless you can solidly dedicate specific days/hours, long-term. You'd be tending to the things in and outside house (like lawn care, pressure washing, vehicles), small projects (like putting together furniture), opportunity for larger things (like replacing a broken tile, light switch, or helping update a bathroom) or help find someone else. Everything from the lawns, pool, dogs, run some errands, you name it. If you only do lawn care, I've got enough for 2-3 solid days each week. If you can do full renovations, I've rental properties. After 6 months if you need to work on paper, we can talk about it, or stick with cash. I'm pretty easy going, don't like the rush, big on respect. I'm not hands on, I prefer to task things out, agree on a timeline, and leave you alone. Take care of those who take care of you. I'm open to those with background issues if you can show you're moving in a positive direction. You do need to know how to swim (in case you fall in) and not be fearful of dogs. Hourly rate will depend on your experience and skills. Please email me the skills you're good at, what you're currently doing (or did last), and how much you're seeking hourly.
