I am selling my residential cleaning business due to moving out of state in June. I have been in business for 1 1/2 yrs, all my customers are great people - I work part-time and receive higher pay than most jobs out there where you have to work 40 hrs a week. Usually between $3000-$4000 part-time. You would be able to spend more time with family...or just be able to enjoy the Florida sunshine. This is the easiest business to have. Very low overhead costs and did I mention the great people that you could be cleaning for? No Cleaning equipment is included in the sale. But, for residential cleaning, you don't need much. I have it all set up with Booking Koala - an online booking software that also takes payments. I also have a website and Google My Business set up. It is an LLC. If you want to use the processes I have in place and the business name I can transfer everything into your name, or you can add these clients to your own cleaning business.
