Hawaii General Contractor looking for Partner to take over business. No money down. Click now. Licensed General Contractor is looking for Partner to take over business. Soon to retire [10 years or less], I would like to develop a new partner [to run their own crew] and take over the business [for interest-only payments] which will supplement my retirement income. The perfect candidate is motivated, likes physical outdoor work, is dependable unsupervised, possesses leadership skills, and has an obsession with detail. Paint Masters is the Hawaii trademarked name. As a licensed general contractor, I'm able to sign off on the required supervisory experience to qualify others for the contractor's license test. If I can train a crew leader as a partner with skills, marketing, and business techniques, this will allow me to focus on the sales aspect. There is a several page long orientation, but somehow more has not achieved better results. This is an unbelievable offer. Nobody seems to get that. At the very least it offers a transition to relocating in Hawaii. Even if it turns out not to be a perfect match, it can get you settled here in East Hawaii Big Island. Here's something important to know. I've been getting replies from people that think I'm going to hand them 10 company vehicles and a $50,000 a week payroll. It's not to be. This is an opportunity to grow the business starting on the ground up with you as the sole employee and someday job foreman. The business is exactly what I have wanted it to be and has served me well. If you want 10 trucks it can be done. What I'm offering is a very hard to come by license in a very restrictive state, all of the wisdom of 30 years, and all the equipment needed to do it. A good partner and both feet inside the door. Get back to me with a short bio. What are your skills? What do you plan for the future? What experience do you have that gives you good leadership skills? What are your hobbies? Do you have reliable transportation you will be able to ship? Do you have adequate savings for your stake to transition? What do you think I should know about you? This is an unbelievable offer. Here's hoping you get that. Looking forward to hearing from you. Take care. Mahalo.
