Join us a night of craft beer, food pairings, and more all benefiting the Autism Program at Special Care! Please join us for a night of beer, food, fun and friends with Prairie Artisan Ales and Special Care! We excited to team up, once again, with the great people at Prairie Artisan Ales to raise some FUN and FUNDS in support of Special Care’s Jeffrey & Theresa McDougall Autism Clinic! This year, we have something extra special! Special Care's Culinary Director, Chef Beth Lyon, has teamed up with the brewers at Prairie to create this year's Special Care beer in support of our Autism program - "Spectrum!" The Big Friendly Beer Bus will be at Special Care, with Spectrum on tap, as well as other delicious beers from Prairie Artisan Ales! But WAIT, there's more! Chef Beth will also be creating special, small bites that will incorporate "Spectrum!" Chef Beth is trained in classic, French cuisine, and has been featured on Food Network. It is going to be one tasty night, all for a wonderful cause! Tickets include a limited Prairie Artisan Ales glass, opportunity to sample "Spectrum" and other world-class beers, food and a lot of fun.
