Starts July 11th (Mondays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks.) Starts July 11th (Mondays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks.) This course will cover everything you need to know to paint seascapes in acrylic. Learn how to create strong value studies that incorporate perspective to create confident paintings. Discover the secrets of master marine painters like Winslow Homer and Edgar Payne. Learn how to use a limited palette to create full spectrum works of art featuring oceans, skies, islands, sailing vessels and more. Great for beginners or intermediate painters. Non-members: $250 for 6 weeks. Members: $200. Fee does not include materials. A list of recommended supplies can be emailed upon request.
