YOU MUST BE MOTIVATED, HAVE YOUR OWN YARD TOOLS (pruners and loppers) AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION FOR THIS JOB. I need someone close to West Melbourne to do yard work on a part-time but on going basis. Work can be done on your schedule any day and anytime during daylight hours. I own a few properties and frequently need weeds pulled, leaves raked, palm fronds and tree branches and bushes trimmed, pressure washing done, sprinkler maintenance, ponds cleaned, etc. I pay $20 per hour at the end of each day which is like making $25 an hour on the books. What I ask is that you work for the $20 an hour, not goofing off and wasting time being on your phone or texting etc. You must have reliable transportation, a good work ethic and the ability to work without constant supervision.
