Monthly Lawn Maintance Job in Charlottesville - Also need Garden Tilled

Need someone to come once every two weeks to cut grass for small yard, pickup any limbs and blow or rake small amount of leaves in small front and small back yard. Will pay 40 dollars cash each time. In Dunlora neighborhood. Also need someone to do a one time job - tilling a 10x10 garden plot. Will pay 50 dollars, should only take 30-60 mins. Please let me know if you can do this as well - also can reach out about this independently from the lawn maintenance job. Thanks
