Goats + Yoga for a GOOD CAUSE! An event to benefit and bring awareness to Mental Health. Intimidated by Yoga? Scared to try a class out? What about if you don't take yourself so seriously and try a class...with GOATS! YES. You read that right. BABY GOATS! And not only we you stretch, smile and snuggle with these furry friends...you will be doing it all for a GOOD CAUSE! May is Mental Health Awareness month and 50% off the proceeds of this event will go to the Maryland Health Association of Maryland (https://www.mhamd.org/). To ticket options to choose from: $35 Class Only* $45 Class plus one drink (21 years of age and up)* *Plus service fees. Location: Pooles Island Brewing Company 11695 Crossroads Circle, Suite A, Middle River, MD 21220, ------------- What to expect: - A 45 minute class where you will breath, move and get some feel good endorphins going while the goats roam and make you smile. - 30 additional minutes of extra playtime to cuddle and take pictures. - After class, Pooles Island Brewing Company opens at 2pm and we invite you to stay, enjoy a beverage, grab some grub from local food trucks and enjoy the atmosphere while making new friends and connections! ------------- About MHAMD: MHAMD is Maryland’s only volunteer nonprofit citizens organization bringing together consumers, families, professionals, advocates, and concerned citizens for unified action in all aspects of behavioral health.
