Learn to Mozzarella with Matt Reilly on May 18th 6 - 9pm Sunday, May 18th at 6pm - 8pm at the beautiful Delray Beach Market Food Hall! You will receive 1/2 lb. of curd to make fresh mozzarella to taste and then taste again to make your mozzarella perfect to your preference.
