Replicate spindles from Victorian home

My wife & I are looking for someone with a large duplicating lathe who can create some spindles that are missing in the main stairway of a house. I have attached a picture to give you an idea. We'd like to match the shape and color as closely as possible. I don't have the tools to do this myself! If you enjoy woodworking and have the tools, this could be a good side gig for you and you'll make us very happy to have these replaced. Thanks, John
