Our fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking a packer for our Added Value Processing (AVP) department. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in paying strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to: • Package parts according to customer requirements • Careful handling of finished parts • Backer board, shrink wrap, label parts for deliveries, shipments, and inventory • Bag and tag parts for deliveries, shipments, and inventory • Inventory control and reconciliation • Data entry • Vacuuming parts • Polishing parts • Ability to be versatile to complete other tasks needed within department Requirements • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Related experience and/or training • Proven attention to detail • Dedication to safety • Good organization and prioritization • Reliability and punctuality Benefits available for Full-time employees • Accrued vacation time (2 weeks after 1 year) • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401K after 30 days of employment • 10 paid Holidays annually per company calendar • 8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendar Position Hours • Monday– Friday 6 AM- 2:30 PM • Overtime available when needed Pay Rate • Competitive pay based on experience
