Get LIT with HIIT is a 45 minute hybrid workout that incorporates high intensity strength training and cardio exercises. We start with a warm up and end with a guided stretch to help you get the most out of your workout. All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a mat, water, and towel (if necessary)! Sneakers are REQUIRED. Tickets are $20/class (NONREFUNDABLE).
