Maintenance and Handyman needed for part-time work

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: - This is a part time job - You can make your own schedule (but you are expected to be available 2-3 days a week) - Must have your own tools and transportation - You will need to schedule your work directly with the tenant/client - Must be knowledgeable in apartment maintenance/handyman type work (light plumbing, light electrical, painting, locks etc... the more the better) - Pay rate will be established for each job - You will be paid via direct deposit (not cash or checks) - We work with property management companies etc, so you get paid once we get paid. This could take a few weeks depending on the pay cycle.
