1099 status Custodial positions, two to three positions available. Service days are Monday - Friday. Service hours are 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Duties include but are not limited to the following; restroom cleaning, mirror cleaning, dusting, mopping, filling restroom dispensers, cleaning lobby areas, detailing entrance areas, removing and disposing of trash, vacuuming, detailing reception/conference room areas, glass cleaning and cleaning kitchens.
Checks are issued on the 1st and 16th of each month. Pay is based on four hour shifts. There are are seven paid holidays annually.
