**Warehouse/Purchasing Associate ** Established manufacturing company looking for an experienced warehouse / purchasing professional to join our team. Must have a minimum of two to three years’ experience in warehouse inventory control and purchasing. Position Summary: This position is responsible for a variety of duties: Sending & receiving purchase orders, warehouse inventory control, packing & shipping, customer service, using a forklift, pick up’s and deliveries, driving company vehicle. Qualifications: 2-3 years of warehouse experience. Must be computer proficient with experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office. Must have at least a High School Diploma. Physical requirements This position requires bending, lifting, pulling, carrying, kneeling, standing, and walking. Also, must be able to lift 70lbs when needed. Skills and Abilities: Preform daily/weekly inventory counts Send and receive purchase orders using QuickBooks Receive and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL and others. Physically pack shipments & print shipping labels and BOLs Receive and stock items in correct locations Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have a clean valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation Exceptional attention to detail / ability to solve practical problems Work Hours Full time Mon - Fri 8:00-4:30 - Compensation based on experience Benefits after Introductory Period: *401K with employer match *Health Insurance *Dental, STD, and Life Ins. 100% Employer Paid *Paid Holidays *Paid Vacation Days (After 1-year employment)
