**EXPERIENCED MARINE SERVICE MANAGER/TECHNICIAN WANTED*** Established marine exhaust manufacturing company looking for an experienced service technician to join our team. Must have a minimum of three years’ experience working on yachts, willing to learn new things and who takes pride in their work. Position Summary: Performing exhaust repairs and/or general maintenance work as outlined on service repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Performing services, such as removals, test fits and installations of marine exhaust systems. Documenting the work performed on each job on the service orders and uploading photographs to server. Providing an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: General mechanical skills and able to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery. Possess skills in rigging equipment for removals and installs of exhaust systems. Must be willing to work additional hours on nights and weekends when necessary. Physical requirements ** This is a labor-intensive position. ** This position requires bending, lifting, pulling, carrying, kneeling, standing, and walking. Also, must be able to lift 100lbs + when needed. Skills and Abilities: Must have a clean valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation Ability to read and write English Ability to work with mathematical equations. Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose problems they may arise.
