All Kentuckians love a good Hot Brown Casserole. Created in the 1920's, the dish quickly became a Kentucky specialty and favorite. Join us on May 20th at the Log House Craft Gallery where Chef Johnathon will be teaching us how to make the famous Hot Brown in casserole form. As always, Chef will be teaching a few basic knife skills, sharing secret chef tips and tricks, and participants will get to enjoy a full meal upon completion of the class. The menu will include a starter salad, hot brown casserole with grilled asparagus and Chef’s own Bourbon Butter Cake. You'll leave with the recipes so you can duplicate in your own kitchen.
