An in-person creative workshop inspired by the PostSecret community art project! Keeping a secret is emotionally taxing to your body and mind. Releasing them along with creating will reduce stress and anxiety. This in-person workshop is about letting go of past burdens, inspired by Post Secret: A community Art Project, which started in 2004. You are invited to anonymously contribute a secret to a group art project. This is not limited to secrets- you can bring any thought or insight you wish to anonymously release into the universe. "Your secret can be a regret, fear, betrayal, desire, confession, or childhood humiliation. Reveal anything - as long as it is true and you have never shared it with anyone before. Be brief. Be legible. Be creative." - Frank Warren This workshop will be offered for adults on Sunday May 22nd from 2-4:30pm. Reduced fees are available for those in need.
