90 minute restorative and yin yoga class with acupuncture and acupressure during certain poses.
Join Annie Cannon and Kacy Harnedy for a blissful 90 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga with optional acupuncture during some of the poses. Class will begin with breathwork and a gentle flow to prepare your body for longer holds during a yin/restorative practice. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the season of the heart and pericardium so class will specifically target these organs and meridians through postures as well as acupuncture and acupressure points. Tea and hot chocolate will be provided.
