Join us for this Community Leaders Engagement event at Big Marsh Park on Chicago's South Side during Mental Health Awareness Month as we:
Discuss how nature alleviates mental challenges; Experience Mindfulness activity Connect with Nature, Body and othersHave fun Participants will enjoy nature-based activities, including birding, walking meditation, and biking. The morning will include presentations and discussion on how time in nature can alleviate mental health challenges, how barriers limit the opportunity to thrive outside, and where to locate the many new nature spots on the South Side of Chicago.
