need advice for kitten with manx syndrome

My cat recently had an accidental litter of kittens. When the kittens were about 3 weeks old and starting to scoot around and come out of the little spot momma cat had had them in I noticed one of the kittens wasnt walking like the others. I also noticed she doesnt have a tail. She just has a little stump. From everything Ive read it appears that she has manx syndrome. She is now 7 weeks old and gets around ok by hopping. Ive noticed when she is tired her hind legs are more wobbly and seem to bend a little wierd. I also suspect that she has issues with incontinance because ive found her legs wet. I work full time and as much as it kills me to give her up I worry that I wont be able to care for her in the way she needs. She is the most loving ct Ive ever met. I absolutely love her so much I dont know what to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
