Interwoven is The Station Foundation's Outreach in San Diego. Registrants must be a spouse from within the Special Operations Community. Interwoven: Surfing the Waves with BreathTap into your courage, explore breath work and spend the morning surfing with The Station. Surf instruction will be guided by The Seaside Ryde. Overcome your hesitation and connect with your breath as you delight in a morning in the ocean. Friday, May 13, 20229:15- 9:30AM: Arrival and Check-In 9:30-11:00AM: Surf Instruction11:00-11:30PM: Snack and Mindfulness Practice No experience necessary.Wetsuits and surfboards will be provided.Refreshments to follow.Invite a friend within the Special Operations community who is new to The Station.
