WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This handsome guy was found roaming on Hugo St.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has a collar with no tags. He does have a microchip but unfortunately the information is not up to date." Anyone with information is asked to call the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642.
